How to Make a Peanut Butter Pickle Sandwich

Three ingredients, five minutes, and you’ll have a surprising sandwich packed with flavor. Here’s how to assemble it to prevent sogginess:

Prep the pickles

Place the pickle slices on a paper towel and pat them dry to absorb the excess liquid.

Make the sandwich

Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on both slices of bread. Place the pickle slices on one of the bread slices, and close the sandwich. Enjoy! Pack it for lunch

If you want to enjoy it later, pack the sandwich inside a compartment of a lunchbox. In another compartment or container, store fruit, veggies, and your favorite lunch sides. Add an ice pack in the lunch bag if necessary.
